Thank you for visiting our music page. I hope you will find it informative, as well as inspirational.
1. It is our desire to see everyone called of God to use his or her musical talents
in every service. We have a choir as well as vocal ensembles, trios, quartets,
and an instrumental ensemble. You will find our musical style to be varied and
lively. (Psalm 150)
2. Our purpose as musicians is to glorify the name of Jesus and draw lost people to
His Saving Grace. (Eph. 2:8-9)
3. We would love to have you as our guest to worship with us and see first-hand what
the Lord is doing here at Burnsview.
4. The great preacher, Charles Spurgeon said: "Our singing should be such that God
hears it with pleasure---singing in which there is not so much art as heart, not so
much of musical sound as of spiritual emotion."
